Account Deletion

You're always in control of your Pool Care+ data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Pool Care+ and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and login credentials
• All pools, test results, and chemical history you've logged
• Maintenance timers and reminders
• Test strip and chat photos you've uploaded
• Your AI assistant conversation history

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing. Cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in or use the in-app deletion flow, email support@thepoolcareapp.com from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We'll confirm your identity and delete your account and data within a reasonable time.
